How the Swapping and Pool Update Process Works

When adding liquidity, the Humble application

  • Immediately updates the pool, and then
  • Sets a ~4 second timer until the next update

The timer is currently shown as a little square button in the top-right corner of the form.

Swapping is similar, except it waits for the user to select both tokens and have entered a swap amount (in or out). Once we identify the pool the user wants, the update process is the same: update the pool before showing the timer, and then update every 4.3 seconds or when the user clicks the button.

We strongly recommend  making sure the data you are viewing is up to date.

Always, check the transaction details in your wallet before signing.
